By adding plonk to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.

The service

plonk is a moderation bot that detects link spam and, when a server enables enforcement, takes moderation actions (deleting messages, timeouts, kicks, bans) according to that server's configuration. It is provided free of charge.

Your responsibilities

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Server admins are responsible for how enforcement is configured in their server, for informing their community as required, and for reviewing monitor-mode output before enabling enforcement.
• Don't use plonk to harass people, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer abuse, or overload the service.

No warranty

plonk is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Spam detection involves judgment calls; false positives and false negatives can happen. We are not liable for moderation actions taken in your server based on your configuration, or for any damages arising from use or unavailability of the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the bot online but guarantee nothing. Features may change, and the service may be suspended or discontinued at any time.

Enforcement of these terms

We may remove the bot from servers that abuse the service and decline service at our discretion.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
